Our Representatives are working in your communities, your workplaces, assisting Federal employees every day. We fight to secure better resources for members lives every day. Our Representation cover wages, benefits, working conditions, and livelihoods, for all our families and communities.
Our Services
Most Federal workers do not realize that they can join a union. We represent workers in multiple industries, both major projects and shipbuilding. Our area of representation covers both working conditions to contract negotiation. Our members are highly skilled and trained in multiple jurisdictions that require them to have high-level skills and training. Our members service the Armed Forces with an integrity and dedication to fulfilling the mission that’s required from the government. Our representatives have always provided a service that our members can consider as diligent and consistent. The working conditions of our members is just as important as our own conditions of employment We are one unit and should receive the same respect and care.
Most people do not realize that they see examples of ironwork every day. We have worked on several major projects from historic marvels to the most recent technological modern facilities. Our projects vary and with them require high level skills and acumen to build everything that you see with safety and risk management at the forefront of thought for all life. Our workers, consider the lives of others and so it is just that our comendable skilled iron workers receive the same respect and care.
